Whether you’re preparing for a hike, a bike tour or a relaxing day at the spa, our fresh, wholesome and regional breakfast specialities not only taste the best, but also provide the most nutrients and ensure you enjoy a clear conscience. In summer you can enjoy breakfast on the sunny terrace, while in winter you can relax indoors to cosy lounge music. We’re planning to renovate and expand the buffet area in the near future. Our philosophy
When it comes to breakfast, we focus on high-quality ingredients and source our products locally wherever possible. Browsing our buffet you’ll even find organic products. We also believe in “quality over quantity” - instead of exotic produce from the far side of the world, we offer local delights such as delicious jams and mueslis. Egg dishes, of course, are freshly prepared to order.
Sun terrace
When the weather works with us, our guests head out to the terrace. What could be better than starting a summer’s day in the fresh air? We’ll serve your breakfast in the pleasantly mild morning sunshine.
And in the afternoon, when you return from your adventures, treat yourself to a refreshing drink on the terrace. Facing south, it’s bathed in sunshine from morning till evening. And if it does get a little too warm, we’re happy to extend the awning for you.
