We love surprises - but only the good ones! When it comes to our booking conditions, it’s best to start your holiday at our boutique and seminar hotel well-informed. Here we have summarised the most important points for you. If you have any further questions or requests, please do not hesitate to contact us!

Check-out until 11 am
Our room rates are per room and night plus a visitor’s tax of €3.00 per person per day. Additional beds in suites are charged at € 40.00 per day and bed. The hotel reserves the right to reassign bookings of up to three nights to other room categories if business needs require it.
Invoices can be paid on site by credit card (Visa and Mastercard), EC card, or in cash. The hotel issues invoices payable within 14 days after receipt.
We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not permitted in Villa Lago.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations within 14 days before arrival will be charged at 70% of the total price.
No-shows or early departures will be charged at 100% of the total price.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance so that you do not have to bear the full cost in the event of a last-minute cancellation. You can conveniently arrange the insurance online here. All cancellations must be made in writing - verbal cancellations are not valid.
